We offer affordable support contracts for both business and
residential customers starting at just £5 per month. All contracts run for a minimum of 12 months and are to be
paid via a monthly standing order or annually in advance.
Prices quoted are per PC per month.
Bronze Support for PCs includes unlimited priority telephone, email and remote access support during normal business hours. A freephone (0800) number is made available for you to log calls as required.
Silver Support for PCs includes all the benefits of Bronze cover, plus an annual health check of your system by a 999 support engineer (worth £40), Sophos Intercept X anti-virus license included.
Gold Support for PCs includes all the benefits of Silver cover, plus unlimited on site callouts.
Platinum Support for PCs includes all the benefits of Gold cover, plus parts and labour.
For those of you with more than one PC, each additional system can be covered as above with a £5 per month discount. (When on Silver Support and above contracts)
