No More Voicemail

Following a trial period, we are happy to announce that there will no longer be a voicemail service on our main support number during working hours.

If you have called 999 Network Services during the past few months, you will have found that in the event of our engineers being busy with other customers, your call was answered by our dedicated team in Colchester.

We understand that some people do not like leaving messages on a voicemail system, so our friendly team are ready to take your call in person and pass on any messages for you. Calls to this number (0845 004 3579) are always charged at the normal local rate and you will never be charged extra for this service.

A voicemail system will still be in use outside of our normal working hours, but these will be collected as normal and dealt with in the order in which they are received. Support contract customers will (as always) receive a higher priority.
