New 999 Network Services Website

Following the great work by DL Design on our new logo this month, we are happy to announce the launch of our new website.

There is now a new recent news section where you can keep up to date with the latest security alerts and any current deals available.

We have also started the integration of our support call management system into the website. When you receive your regular email updates as your call progresses, you will now see there is a web link at the bottom that will allow you to view the current call along with all the notes against the job. If the call is still open, you can also add your own notes to the support engineer dealing with your job.

You will soon be able to login to the website as well to view all current and historical calls in one convenient place. You will also be able to raise new calls as required directly from the site.
