Business Telephone Systems

Our installation engineers are trained on the installation and support of various telephone systems including BT Versatility and Avaya IP Office.

For small to medium sized offices, we recommend the installation of BT Versatility system. The system can support (with expansion modules) a maximum of 32 internal extensions and 8 external lines (4x ISDN2e or 8x Analogue)

The system is feature rich but remains easy to use even for the not so technical minded user.
Full voicemail, music on hold, transfer, conferencing, call forwarding, call waiting, caller ID, DDI/MSN support, group ringing, DND and IVR menuing are all available.

A fully installed system could cost less than £500.
